As an expat mom living in Basel for over five years, I've learned firsthand how precious it is to capture memories for us, our children and grandchildren. One day, those moments will be all we have left, and that realization inspired me to pursue my passion for family photography.

When is the best time for a Maternity Session?
The ideal time for a maternity photoshoot is between 28 and 34 weeks.
28 to 30 weeks: Defined bump, energetic, and glowing. Great for capturing that vibrant look.
31 to 32 weeks: The sweet spot—bump is prominent, but you're still comfortable and looking your best.
33 to 34 weeks: Bump is large, and energy may start to dip. If you're comfortable, it's still a good time, but aim to book earlier to avoid last-minute stress.

For the colder, rainier months (November to March) or late-term pregnancy (after 34 weeks), I recommend heading to a studio for your photoshoot. Fortunately, Basel and the region offer some excellent options to suit various styles

PHOTOSHOOT
We'll meet 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time at the agreed location for a quick welcome. We'll check in on how everyone is feeling and address any concerns, then it's time to have fun and start the shoot!
DELIVERING THE PHOTOS

Within 1–2 weeks, you'll receive your personalized photo gallery through our online gallery platform.
You’ll be able to download all the images included in your package. If you'd like to upgrade and access the full gallery, or purchase prints, you can easily do so online with just a few clicks.
