I’m Nikolett, a family photographer based near Basel, capturing stories all across Switzerland, from Lucerne to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Zermatt, and beyond.
I’m an expat who has been living in Switzerland for over seven years. When I first moved here, I bought my very first camera to document our hikes with my husband and the breathtaking nature around us. We spent countless weekends exploring wild, quiet trails far from the crowds, always drawn to the sense of freedom the mountains gave us.
After my daughter was born, something shifted. Nature photography alone no longer felt enough. I wanted to capture not just how it looks, but how it feels, the laughter of the kids, the quiet connection between family members and the kind of moments that become future nostalgia.
Unique Photoshoot Locations in Switzerland
Switzerland offers an incredible variety of natural backdrops that are perfect for family photography. I carefully select locations based on light, season, and your family’s style.
Some famous destinations like Lauterbrunnen or Zermatt are breathtaking, they can also be extremely crowded. That’s why I intentionally seek out locations that are quite and unique even in a touristy area. These hidden gems are often easily accessible either by cable car or with a short walk from a nearby parking area, so you can feel as though the mountains are yours alone.
No queues for the “Instagram shot,” no bustling crowds, just quiet alpine paths, wide-open meadows, and still lakes waiting to be explored at your own pace.

Everything is designed to support a relaxed and natural experience in the mountains.
Flexible Session Time
Sessions last up to 2 hours with no rush and no strict timeline. We move at your pace, allowing space for you to explore, connect, and fully experience the mountains while real, unposed moments unfold naturally.
Online Gallery
Your images are delivered in a private online gallery, where you can revisit your session and choose your favorites at your own pace. You can expect a minimum of 80 carefully edited images to choose from.
Travel & Fees Included
Everything is taken care of. Travel to your chosen mountain location, hiking spots, or gondola access within the Swiss Alps is included, with no hidden costs along the way.
